MORE FRENCH KISSING?

The French might be kissing more as they start to smoke less. The French prime minister has announced plans to increase the price of a pack of cigarettes to the equivalent of R150. This is in response to 80 000 tobacco-related deaths in France each year and research that higher cigarette prices result in fewer smokers.
