The Portfolio Committee on Health calls for public comments on Tobacco Control Bill
The Call for public hearings is out. The public is invited to submit public comments on or before the 4th of August 2023.

The Portfolio Committee on Health invites interested individuals and relevant stakeholders to submit written comments and indicate interest in making an oral submission on the Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Control Bill [B33 –2022].
Written submissions must be directed to Ms Vuyokazi Majalamba, Committee Secretary and addressed to the Portfolio Committee on Health 3rd floor, 90 PleinStreet, Cape Town 8000, e-mailed to: tobaccobill@parliament.gov.za oronline https://forms.gle/FLrhnvThDk8ccLG97 by no later than 4th August 2023.
In addition to the written comments, please indicate your interest in making an oral presentation.
